Dr. Daniel Farhadi leaving practice at CCFP

I am sad to announce to my patients that I will be moving practice to another province for family and personal reasons.

I have really appreciated the connection and relationships built in the clinic between my patients and staff and I hope I have provided you with care and support to your health concerns.

There is currently a country wide family physician crisis, but we are remaining vigilant in finding ways to continue to provide our patient’s the best care. Unfortunately, I am unable to confirm a replacement physician for most of my patients. We ask all patients to actively look for an alternative family doctor as there is no guarantee that one will be found by January.

My official end date is January 1st, 2024. Over the next 3 months, I would encourage patients to book with me to review and ensure you have enough supply of medications.

Any patients who are being carried forward to another physician in the clinic will be informed.

Dr. Florence E. B. Wardell Retirement

After 42 years at City Centre Family Physicians (initially Doig, Golumbia and Associates) I am announcing my retirement from the practice of medicine. My last day with CCFP will be October 31, 2023.

I have very mixed emotions about this decision as I have had a very fulfilling practice caring for patients over this time. I have enjoyed my professional relationship with patients and wish you all good health and happiness in the future. I am also very grateful for the relationships with my physician colleagues and the excellent support staff that keep our office running smoothly.

My deep regret is that we have not been able to find a family doctor to step in to continue providing health care to my patients. At this time no physicians at CCFP are accepting new patients. Please review the Saskatchewan Health Authority website for family physicians accepting new patients.

Dr. Dawne Pierce, Dr. Kelly Peesker, Dr. Aly Antaya and Dr. Natasha Kalra (maternity leave for Dr. Schuler)

We are very excited to welcome Dr. Dawne Pierce, Dr. Kelly Peesker and Dr. Aly Antaya to City Centre Family Physicians.

They will be starting in December, 2022.

Please keep an eye on our website for an update on when you will be able to call in to book for Dr. Pierce, Dr. Peesker and Dr. Antaya's December schedules.

They will not be taking any new patients but will be bringing their current patients to CCFP. Unfortunately, CCFP cannot accept any new patients from the other physicians at Broadway Family Physicians.

Dr. Natasha Kalra will be coming in January of 2023 for Dr. Robyn Schuler’s maternity leave and will be seeing Dr. Schuler's patients.

Dr. Sarah Greenwood

We are so happy to announce the addition of Dr. Sarah Greenwood is providing care for Dr. Jillian Fraser’s patients while Dr. Fraser is away on maternity leave.  Dr. Greenwood has started on August 2nd.  We are excited to have her become a part of the CCFP team.

Dr. Chantal Dufour

I will be leaving my practice at City Center Family Physicians to pursue hospital based work. The decision to leave has certainly been a difficult one and I am grateful for all the wonderful people I have been able to meet while working at CCFP. It has been a great pleasure to have provided you with medical care over the last 3-4 years.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to secure a new family physician to take over my practice and there are no physicians at CCFP currently accepting new patients. Please review the Saskatchewan Health Authority website for family physicians accepting new patients. (https://www.saskatoonhealthregion.ca/patients/Pages/Doctors-Taking-Patients.aspx)

Clinical information may be sent to another clinic upon request. There is a fee for transfer of charts.

My last day in clinic will be October 27 2022. Patients will continue to be able to access medical care at CCFP until November 3, 2022.
