To book your flu shot online, select one of the following physicians for your preferred date and choose a "fluzone" appointment:

  • Oct 7: Dr Farhadi, Dr Meier or Dr Mensah
  • Oct 8: Dr Farhadi, Dr Wardell or Dr Fraser
  • Oct 12: Dr. Fraser, Dr. Merryweather or Dr. Fenton
  • Oct 13: Dr. Mensah, Dr. Wardell or Dr. Schuler
  • Oct 14: Dr. Farhadi, Dr. Diederichs, Dr. McMahon or Dr. Wingert
  • Oct 17: Dr. Farhadi, Dr. Thiel, Dr. Wingert or Dr. Fenton
